Podnik Kauno valstybinis užmiesčio autobusų parkas vznikl v roce 1992 vyčleněním provozu meziměstské autobusové dopravy z podniku Kauno valstybinis autobusų parkas a v roce 1993 byl transformován do společnosti Kautra. Od roku 2022 působí i v rámci MHD ve Vilniusu a to konkrétně na linkách 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 125
