Společnost byla založena v roce 1990 a orientovala se výhradně na zájezdovou dopravu, v roce 1992 poprvé vyjel autobus této firmy na linku pražské MHD, tehdy ještě pod taktovkou dopravního podniku. Od roku 1996 provozoval Spojbus linky v rámci Pražské integrované dopravy. V roce 2010 byl tento dopravce koupen společností Veolia Transport Praha.
