TransTempo zpočátku provozovalo mezinárodní linku 000414 (Kiev - Praha), v roce 2018 již provozuje tři linky z Ukrajiny do ČR. Přibyla linka 000243 v podobné trase jako první a linka 000473 propojující Karlovy Vary a Dněpropetrovsk. Všechny linky jezdí přes Polsko a na všech TransTempo spolupracuje s dalšími dopravci.
